AdvisaCare is seeking Top of the Line Home Health Aides to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in the Grand Rapids, MI and surrounding areas. A variety of clients available!

*12 Hour Shifts, 8 Hour shifts and some partial shifts*

In need of staffing for Middleville, Lowell, Grandville, Kentwood and other Surrounding Grand Rapids areas!

Caregiver is typically responsible for:

• Assisting client with ADL's
• Transferring
• Toileting
• Going out with client to appointments, stores, the gym, outings etc.
• Light duty house work as needed such as: changing of sheets, sweeping and mopping etc.
• Companion care and some high-tech clients as well!

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to work independently with integrity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
