Job Description - Part Time Assistant Bookkeeper

Small Business Looking for Part Time Junior Bookkeeper 

  • Looking for someone 2 - 3 times a week to assist lead bookkeeper with QuickBooks entry and Payroll 

  • Must be able to come into office for scheduled days

  • Can turn into full time if it is a good fit

  • Data entry

  • Matching invoices 

  • Filing 



Qualifications 

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH QUICKBOOKS

  • Previous accounting experience / knowledge is a big plus

  • Degree in accounting big plus

  • Experience working in small business a plus

  • Previous experience working with ADP a plus




Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
