Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hotel maintenance, general repairs, or a similar role preferred.


• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman tasks.


• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.


• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle, ensuring it is fueled and in good operating condition.


• Offer friendly and professional service to enhance the guest experience.


• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and repairing minor electrical and HVAC issues.


• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.


• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance concerns.


• Assist with landscaping, exterior upkeep, and general property cleanliness.


• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.

Compensation/Pay: $23
