Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Associate Attorney to join our team on a part-time basis. This position focuses on document review, including new claims, legal pleadings, and letters. No trial or court appearances are required. We provide comprehensive training on relevant laws and procedures, ensuring you have the necessary knowledge to succeed in this role.

Essential Duties:

• Conduct pre-notice  reviews of new claims.
• Review and approve legal pleadings for filing.
• Review and approve letters prior to mailing to customers or their representatives.

Education and Experience:

• Juris  Doctorate and admittance to the Illinois Bar[RM2] .(Additional licenses in BG states are valuable)
• Strong work  ethic and attention to detail.
• No specific  legal experience required; training will be provided.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Proficiency  in both verbal and written communication.
• Ability to  work independently in a high-volume environment.
• Strong  organizational skills and attention to detail.
