Part Time At Your Service Agent | Airlie Hotel and Conference Center | Warrenton, VA

What You’ll Do:

Here are some of the tasks you will be responsible for daily: 

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards


• Execute housekeeping requests like extra towels, toothpaste/brush, iron, hair dryer delivery, etc


• Execute maintenance requests like TV issues, battery replacement in a remote, battery replacement in a smoke detector, assist with Salto locks 


• Shuttle driver, that will include pickup/drop off of the mail, assistance with fire pits


• Anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation


• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals


• Perform any job-related duties as assigned

• This position will require moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
