Job Description - Part time Baker

We are looking for a part time baker! 1-2 nights a week. Hours are roughly 6pm-2am. Duties include boiling and baking bagels, setting up for the morning and clean up. We really just need 1 night a week with the ability to cover a shift here and there to accommodate days off. Ideal candidates would have some baking experience but it is not necessary. Hi, the St Paul Bagelry is a woman owned, family run business. We make New York style bagels from scratch with Love daily in our Roseville and Minneapolis locations.

Our Mission

To consistently produce a great product that can be enjoyed and made available all over the Twin Cities and the States of Minnesota and Wisconsin. To keep our hands in the dough, our hearts humble and to always produce a fresh from scratch Bagel daily. Everything starts with the Bagel. I love having our shop, so grateful for my team, where everyone is welcome to our space where neighbors, friends, and family connect.

Our Story

In 2007 my sister and I bought the Bagel Shop to put down roots and to bring our welcoming spirits to a great Community. We perfected the recipe and set out to produce the best New York style bagel and provide a space where people can gather, share and enjoy one another over a good meal.

Sixteen years later and with a second location open, I, my general managers Anthony (Minneapolis) Jimmy (Roseville) and our team are truly Blessed from being a part of your daily lives.
