Part Time Bartender

Description

Bald Birds Brewing Company in Jersey Shore, PA is looking for reliable, friendly and experienced bartenders to add to our team.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude with the ability to work in a team oriented, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies.

- Assist with special events as needed

- Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

- Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary

- Ensuring excellent levels of customer service.

- Perform basic cleaning tasks or other duties as needed or directed by management

- Attendance to company trainings

Requirements

- Current RAMP Certification is required and will be provided by the employer as needed.

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers

- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
