Part-time Behavioral Health Therapist

Catholic Charities Washtenaw County is seeking a qualified therapist for the Behavioral Health Services department to meet the needs of our community.

Part-time (18.75 hours per week) benefit-eligible position available for fully licensed LMSW, or Ph.D. psychologist providing individual, family/marital, substance abuse treatment, and group therapy.  Minimum two years post-MSW professional experience in outpatient setting preferred, with ability to deliver effective short term, solution-focused treatment. Must maintain an active caseload in accordance with the BHS productivity standard.

In addition to flexible scheduling and a steady caseload, total compensation includes:

• Competitive, hourly/benefit-eligible pay (prorated based on FTE) 


• Exceptional benefit plan with employer contribution, paid time off, and an additional 14 paid holidays per year, including the week between Christmas and New Years

• High quality LLMSW weekly supervision towards your LMSW valued at $60-$75 per hour is complementary.

Must maintain a weekly minimum caseload to be eligible for benefits.
