Job Description

Veero Ford & Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a detail oriented and people focused Part Time Benefits Specialist to support employee benefits administration across our dealership. This role focuses on benefits support, employee communication, record accuracy, and compliance assistance.

This is an ideal position for someone looking for consistent part time work in a stable, small town environment.

Responsibilities

  Assist with administration of employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans

  Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits questions and support

  Support benefit enrollments, changes, and life event updates

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and confidential benefits records

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with insurance carriers and third party administrators

  Assist with open enrollment planning and employee communications

  Support compliance with federal, state, and company benefit requirements

  Prepare benefits related reports as needed

  
  

Qualifications

  Experience in benefits administration, HR, or payroll preferred
