Monday- Thursdays 5am-11:45am

Purpose: To deliver an exceptional fresh full hot breakfast each morning from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. for hotel guests focusing on efficiency, quality, and customer service.

What do we need from you?

• Provide an orderly, clean, & enjoyable breakfast environment for our guests
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Previous kitchen skills preferred
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Accountable and reliable
• Strong teamwork mentality

• Prepare food items including fresh fruit, breads/pastries, operate coffee & Cappuccino machines, etc
• Operate warm food chaffers
• Coordinate and take direction from Breakfast Cook in serving and refilling menu items
• Able to communicate and answer guest questions/requests in English
• Maintain and restock cold foods including yogurts, whipped toppings, milks, juices, etc
• Clean and maintain a safe eating environment for the guests according to Health Department requirements
• Adhere to the policies and procedures in the Company Policy Handbook
