About Us:
Primrose Schools® is a leading early education provider that offers a balanced learning approach, nurturing curiosity and creativity in a safe and engaging environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Bus Driver / After School Explorer Teacher to join our team and help provide a fun, educational, and safe experience for our students.



Job Hours: 2:00pm - 6:00pm
 
Job Responsibilities:
Bus Driver Duties:



  • Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and other designated locations.

  • Ensure the bus is maintained, clean, and in good working condition.

  • Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols.

  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with students, parents, and staff.


Explorer Teacher Duties (After-School Program):



  • Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities for school-age children.

  • Supervise students to ensure a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.

  • Assist with homework and encourage creative and critical thinking.

  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress and behavior.

  • Promote Primrose’s Balanced Learning® curriculum and foster a love for learning.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Prior experience working with children, preferably in a school or childcare setting.

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment.

  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
