Part-time Call Center Specialist

NET Credit Union is looking for our next dynamic team member to join our rapidly growing credit union.

This position will provide information and member support concerning the credit union and it's products and services to our members, ensuring the highest quality of member service.

Experience:  Two to five years of similar or related experience

Education:  High school diploma or equivalent

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Possess full knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and procedures, rules and regulations
• Maintain/achieve agreed upon goals
• Maintain contact with current and new members
• Meet all established sales and service goals, ethically referring appropriate products and services to membership
• Use systems as intended with a focus on CRM for members
• Oversee/assist members with Lending, Member Service and/or transaction needs from both telephone, chat, online, email and social media.  Assist staff or members in solving complex account problems
• Other duties as assigned

The hours are:

Tuesday - Friday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Saturday 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

Starting rate is $19/hour
