Job description:

First Choice Home Health & Hospice is seeking to hire a part time RN case manager for Washington County to case manage home health and hospice patients.  This is a great job for working parents or RN's wanting flexibility of schedule.

Pay:

$45-50 per visit, $90-100 per Start of Care

Active RN license in good standing
