We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier / Receptionist. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and helping create a positive customer experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  Welcome customers at the cashier window with a friendly, professional attitude.

  
  


• 
  

  Accept cash, check, and credit card payments, and accurately record transactions on repair orders or counter tickets.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide accurate change and issue receipts to customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Balance and reconcile the cash drawer daily.

  
  


• 
  

  Answer incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system and direct callers to the appropriate department.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up on customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle customer concerns with patience and courtesy, directing complaints to the appropriate team member for resolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain, organize, and file service repair orders, parts counter tickets, and related paperwork.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with additional duties as requested by dealership leadership and managers.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain reliable attendance in accordance with company policy.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

  Flexibility to work evening shifts and rotating Saturdays.

  
  

Schedule

• Part time shift.


• 
  

  Work 2–3 evenings per week.

  
  


• 
  

  Rotating Saturday shifts.

  
  


• 
  

  Closed on Sundays.
