Part-Time Center Associate

Description of the Role:

Join our team at The UPS Store #4267 as a Part-Time Center Associate in Norfolk, NE. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services


• Operate computer systems efficiently to process transactions


• Operate copiers, fax machine, binding and laminating equipment


• Maintain a clean and organized store environment


• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED


• Prompt, reliable, and responsible


• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs


• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus


• Willing and able to work 15 to 20 hours per week
