What You'll Do:

• Address the spiritual needs of patients, families, caregivers, staff, and volunteers
• Represent and uphold the mission, vision, and values of Wesley Willows
• Follow the Code of Ethics, Corporate Compliance Program, and all organizational policies and standards
• Provide pastoral care and counseling based on spiritual assessments, individual needs, and respect for diverse beliefs
• Deliver compassionate, skillful support in times of illness, loss, and death
• Strive for excellence in pastoral care through authenticity, compassion, and professionalism

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 3 years of Christian leadership experience; as well as be licensed/ordained to function in a Christian ministry of pastoral care (required)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be willing to drive, with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Strong communication and public speaking skills; able to teach and guide others spiritually
• Deep commitment to service and fostering spiritual growth in diverse communities
• 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) preferred, or willingness to complete (preferred)
• Willing to provide pastoral care, including funerals/memorials, and participate in quality improvement and ongoing professional development
