The Terraces Orleans is seeking a motivated and passionate Part-Time Community Marketing Liaison to enhance our outreach efforts and foster strong relationships within the community. This role is essential in representing our facility and promoting the services we offer to potential residents, families, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, and other referral sources.
• Attend and participate in community events, workshops, and health fairs to promote The Terraces Orleans.
• Act as a community resource and liaison for inquiries and information regarding our services.
• Conduct presentations and tours of the community to prospective residents and their families.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional initiatives aimed at increasing community awareness.
• Utilize social media and digital platforms to engage the community and enhance our online presence.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in community outreach, marketing, or sales, particularly in the senior care industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Must be willing to travel within the local area for community engagements.
