Position: Part-Time Concierge
Location: Sky Central Apartments, located in the iconic PNC Tower annex, downtown Cincinnati.

Competitive Pay: $18 - $19 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:  

• Welcome residents and guests
• Receive and deliver packages
• Manage incoming calls and messages
• Monitor surveillance cameras and fire alarms
• Maintain visitor and contractor logs
• Ensure lobby area cleanliness

We’re Looking For:

• At least one year of relevant experience 
• Customer service experience with a strong focus on face-to-face interactions
• Excellent communication skills 
• Proficient in basic computer skills and recordkeeping
• Can lift or move up to 50 lbs 
• Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon job offer 

Work Schedule: 

Two part-time shifts available:

Opening 1: Saturday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM; Thursday & Friday 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Opening 2: Sunday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM; Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
