Position: Part-Time Concierge
Location: Greenbridge Condominiums - Chapel Hill, NC
Work Schedule:  Friday 8am-6pm Saturday 9am-5pm 

Competitive pay: up to $16 hourly

As a valued team member, your duties will include:

• Welcome residents and guests
• Receive and deliver packages
• Manage incoming calls and messages
• Monitor surveillance cameras and fire alarms
• Maintain visitor and contractor logs
• Ensure lobby area cleanliness

We are looking for candidates with: 

• At least one year of relevant experience 
• Strong customer service and communication skills 
• Proficient in basic computer skills and recordkeeping
• Can lift or move up to 50 lbs 
• Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon job offer
