Compensation: $20-25/hr

Job Overview: Matrix Basement Finishing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented construction assistant to support our growing operations team. This position would be focusing on permit processing and assisting with entry-level tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with permit processing, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate

Support entry-level tasks for the Operations Manager, including administrative duties and follow-up on operational tasks

Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by the Director of Production

Maintain excellent communication across all departments to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Experience in permit processing or a related field is a plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
