Part-Time Cosmetology Instructor / Instructor in Training

Would you like to make a difference? Eric Fisher Academy is seeking a full or part-time Learning Leader to mentor and guide cosmetology students. Our Learning Leaders assist in establishing an elite educational experience where learning is challenging and fun. Our mission is to prepare our future professionals for greatness in a beauty-related career field. 

Qualified candidates are required to have a current Cosmetology License and a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Cosmetologist. The schedule for this position is 2-3 days/week, including Saturdays. Not a licensed instructor? We will pay you while securing your license!

Job Qualifications:

• Requires a current Cosmetology License
• Professionalism with students, co-workers and EFA guests
• Ability to meet goals, objectives and deadlines
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English
• Ability to use all general office equipment, including a computer
