Part Time Courtesy Driver

Imagine spending your days driving around our sweet minivan, drinking coffee and shootin the breeze with our wonderful guests at your side. 

SUMMARY

• Enhances the customers’ positive service experience by driving them to or picking them up from their homes or offices while service is being performed on their vehicles.


• Good verbal and organizations skills are required.

10-40 Hours PER PAY PERIOD.

Hours: 7:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. Rotating shifts. 7:45-5pm Saturdays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES includes the following--Other duties may be assigned.

• Conducts one’s self within the spirit of Minot Automotive Center’s Vision, Philosophy and Values.


• Drives customers to their home, places of business, or other destination and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired.


• Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.


• Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles.


• Operates cell phone or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service.


• Notifies dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.


• Keeps a timely shuttle route. Communicates courteously at all times with customers.


• Make deliveries to motor vehicle, banks, post office daily. Delivers internal mail to and from Cartiva daily.


• Will deliver parts to accounts when needed.


• Maintains a professional appearance.


• Performs other duties as assigned.
