Part Time Custodial

Description

Summary of Duties: Responsible for creating a clean, orderly, and safe environment by performing a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance activities on buildings. Making sure everything in the office is clean and functional. Report to the cleaning crew supervisor for any issues with coworkers or equipment.

Requirements

Pay: $12/hour

This position is only a maximum of 6- 8 hours per week.

Must have own transportation

• Completes assigned cleaning tasks in the allotted time.
• Sweeps and mops hard surface floors.
• Vacuums carpeted floors.
• Dusts and polishes furniture, woodwork, mini-blinds and other surfaces.
• Cleans restrooms; maintains restroom supplies in assigned areas.
• Cleans kitchens, meeting rooms.
• Empties trash containers.
• Picks up trash and debris in assigned areas around buildings.
• Washes and spot-cleans windows.
• Respects each other during the work time.
• Safely and properly handles equipment.
• Participates in one-on-one training with the supervisor when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA and client confidentiality at all times.
• Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential.
