Part-Time Custodian

We are currently seeking a part-time Custodian to join our team in Waukon. This position will have flexible hours with the maximum hours per week being 17 or less. Start time would need to be anytime after 4:30PM when the bank lobby is closed.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedules & maintains the cleaning of the building using the cleaning guide.
• Sometimes using ladders to dust walls, ceilings, etc.
• Will be using cleaners/chemicals to clean floor, toilets, etc.
• Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Other duties as necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to FreedomBank's policies and privacy practices.

This position will perform work in a confidential financial business/office setting. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time
• Walking, sitting, standing, bending, lifting and moving continually.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
