Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service Representative
Department: Campus Store (Auxiliary Services)
Reports To: Manager of the Belfry
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary:
Provides part-time, excellent customer service to campus store customers, vendors, and co-workers.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills - Ability to read, print and speak in English.
Mathematical Skills - Basic mathematical skills needed
Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; spreadsheet software, word processing software and the ability to learn the university’s point of sale and purchasing systems.
