Part-Time Customer Service Representative

• Call customers to verify account info, offer invoice copies, and assist with EZ Pay sign-up.
• Address issues like incorrect addresses or account questions.
• Work from assigned daily call batches using our system to avoid overlap.
• Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up as needed.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Clear communication and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable making 20 calls per hour based on hours worked.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Salary is $13 per hour 
• Position is 20 hours per week
• Hours are flexible but need to be done between 7am-7pmCST.
