Part-Time Customer Service Representative - Solutions Center

We run modern, simple, easy to use systems that make a successful day repeatable. You’ll work from an organized, visually rich dashboard that gives you clear visibility and control, so you can focus on helping instead of fighting tools and chasing information.

As part of the Solutions Center team, you’ll work in a calm, open, and supportive environment with daily interaction with teammates. We solve problems together, help each other and share wins.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver helpful, thankful, and meaningful communication that resolves guest needs after they receive their purchase


• Coordinate with showrooms, the distribution center, the repair team, and vendors


• Work your organized dashboard every day so the work stays clear, efficient, and under control
