Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Part-Time Dentist for a mission-driven outpatient community dental program in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join a nonprofit outpatient dental practice serving children and adolescents
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry in a patient-centered community health setting
• Work alongside an experienced clinical and administrative support team
• Two hours of administrative time completed remotely each week
• Mission-driven organization focused on improving access to quality dental care

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $85,500-$127,500
• Annual Incentive Bonus Up To 18% Of Base Salary
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $10,000 Retention Bonus

SCHEDULE
• Wednesdays And Fridays
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No On-Call
• Two Hours Of Administrative Time Completed From Home

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
• Diagnose and treat pediatric and adolescent dental conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on preventive oral health
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
