Working directly with the Chick-fil-A Perimeter Pointe Team, Dining Room Hostesses gain valuable guest service and hospitality experience in a positive, team-focused environment. This role is centered on maintaining a clean, comfortable dining space and ensuring guests feel cared for from the moment they enter until they leave.

Dining Room Hostess Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and create a friendly, welcoming enviornment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, and lobby
- Assist guests with seating, tray disposal, beverage refreshments, and special requests
- Create positive emotional connections with guests through attentive service
- Monitor dining areas to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Support front-of-house operations as needed
- Work efficiently while remaining attentive to detail
- Be dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Uphold Chick-fil-A standards and values
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Cheerful, positive attitude with a passion for serving others
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry 10–20 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
