Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) is a structured mental health treatment center for teens (ages 13–17) offering PHP and IOP levels of care. Our Eating Disorder (ED) Track supports adolescents struggling with disordered eating, body image issues, and co-occurring mental health concerns.

We’re hiring a part-time Group Facilitator to lead ED-focused groups and provide individual support in this specialized track.

Must have one of the following:

• Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in FL
• Provisional license pending full licensure

Key responsibilities:

• Lead group therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, body image, food exposure)
• Provide individual/family sessions
• Collaborate with our clinical team

Experience with eating disorders is required. Bonus if you’re CEDS-certified or CBT-E trained.
