Are you experienced in supporting individuals with OCD and Autism? Do you love being part of someone’s journey toward greater independence and a fulfilling life? If so, we’d love to meet you.

We're looking for a compassionate, creative, and engaging support professional to join a vibrant young woman’s team. This is more than a job — it’s a chance to make a real difference by helping her pursue goals like building friendships, volunteering, and enjoying her favorite pastimes in the community.

About the Role: This is a flexible, part-time position — perfect for someone looking for meaningful work a few days a week.
You’ll work 2–3 days per week, 3–6 hours per shift, supporting her both at home and out in the community.
She enjoys activities like musicals, theater, social outings, and grabbing a good cup of coffee — and you’ll be right there to help her engage and enjoy.

Your role will include:

Providing thoughtful, positive behavioral support

Encouraging skill-building and independence

Supporting community engagement and social opportunities

Collaborating on creative solutions to everyday challenges

Being a consistent, supportive presence in her life

What We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting individuals with OCD, Autism, or other developmental/mental health needs

At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver, TSS, PCA, or similar role

Strong teaching and coaching skills — you love helping others learn and grow

Creativity and flexibility in problem-solving

Patience, reliability, and a genuine desire to make a difference

Job coaching certification (CESP/ACRE) is a plus

Preferred Education/Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, or Social Work

OR NADD Competency-Based Certification for Dual Diagnosis IDD/MI

OR current RBT certification

Compensation:

$37/hour starting rate

Mileage reimbursed at the federal rate
