About Us

At The UPS Store, we help our customers ship packages, print documents, and access a variety of business services — all with outstanding customer care. We are looking for an Entry-Level Center Associate to join our team. No prior retail experience? No problem — we provide full training.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

  
  


• 
  

  Process packages for shipment through UPS and other carriers

  
  


• 
  

  Learn to operate copiers, fax machines, binding/laminating equipment, and point-of-sale systems

  
  


• 
  

  Provide information about store products, services, and best-value options

  
  


• 
  

  Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

  
  


• 
  

  Lift and move packages (up to 40+ lbs)

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  High school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in high school

  
  


• 
  

  Friendly, professional, and eager to learn

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer skills (we’ll train you on our systems)

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication skills, both verbal and written

  Dependable and punctual

Pay: $14 per hour
Schedule:

• 
  

  Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 7:30 pm

  
  


• 
  

  Saturday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm

  
  


• 
  

  Sunday: 9:30 am – 3:30 pm
