Part-Time Evening Receptionist

PT Plus is a well-respected and established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Washington, NJ providing care for a variety of orthopedic-related disorders and sports-related injuries, rehabilitation of injured workers and preventative care.

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Washington, NJ.  As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth front office operations. This position will be about 10-15 hours per week. 

• Greet and welcome visitors, employees, and clients in a professional manner
• Collect Copays
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage general email inquiries
• Maintain an organized front desk and reception area
• Coordinate and manage Therapist schedules
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Support administrative tasks including filing, copying, and scanning documents
• Assist with basic office equipment troubleshooting

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of front office or reception experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and office equipment
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $15.00-$15.49. Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
