Part Time Event Manager

Swallows Nest is a women owned, family run boutique, cafe, & event space in downtown Washington!

We are seeking a Contracted Event Manager to support upcoming events. This role will oversee the client experience, event setup,  on-site management, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  Manage event logistics for the venue space

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with staff and clients

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee setup, breakdown, and event clean up of events

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure exceptional guest experience

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Previous event management or coordination experience

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

  
  

This is a contract position with commission based on event totals
