Job Description - Part-time Event Planner

Overview
We are seeking a creative and organized Part-Time Event Planner to help us host meaningful community events, educational workshops, and outreach activities that highlight our services and strengthen relationships with families, caregivers, and referral partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating details, and creating welcoming experiences for attendees.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate community events, health fairs, and informational sessions.

Organize appreciation events for caregivers, referral partners, and clients’ families.

Manage event logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, vendors, supplies, and setup/teardown.

Collaborate with leadership and the Care Growth Manager to align events with company goals and outreach efforts.

Promote events through community postings, social media, and partnerships.

Track attendance and gather feedback to improve future events.

Qualifications

Prior event planning, hospitality, or customer service experience required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Friendly, professional, and comfortable engaging with diverse community members.

Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends for special events.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation & Benefits

Part-time, hours vary
