Part-time Events Coordinator

The Inn at Crestwood is looking for a part-time, Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute various events hosted at our hotel.

The Job 

A typical day for an Event Coordinator at the Inn at Crestwood consists of working closely with clients, vendors, and hotel staff to ensure seamless event execution, delivering exceptional experiences while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Job Duties Include:

• Work with clients to understand their event needs, including weddings, conferences, meetings, and banquets
• Develop detailed event plans and timelines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event clients
• Coordinate event setup, audiovisual requirements, catering, and décor, ensuring all details align with client expectations and hotel standards

The Inn at Crestwood is a 14 room boutique hotel located just 3.9 miles from downtown Blowing Rock. Originally built in 1949, the Inn at Crestwood also caters to specialized events such as weddings, family reunions, and holiday parties. The Inn at Crestwood allows for the perfect mountain getaway while still being close to Blowing Rock, Boone, and Banner Elk.
