Job Description - Part-Time Experieced Pet Grooming Mentor (10+ Years Needed)

Woofie’s of Annapolis is looking for an experienced Pet Groomer to help train and mentor our bathers and groomers. You’ll provide hands-on instruction, improve technique, and help our team deliver high-quality, compassionate grooming services.

What You’ll Do:

· Teach breed-standard cuts, scissoring, and styling.

· Coach groomers on handling anxious pets with care.

· Improve efficiency while keeping pets safe and comfortable.

· Share best practices on tools, maintenance, and sanitation.

What We’re Looking For:

· 10+ years professional grooming experience.

· Training/mentoring experience preferred.

· Strong breed-specific grooming skills.

· Friendly, patient, and passionate about pets.
