Key Responsibilities

• Complete appropriate work orders for facility maintenance
• Inspection and preventative maintenance of the facility
• Perform both general and routine maintenance, as well as troubleshoot minor maintenance problems, including but not limited to electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment.
• Exemplify our focus of providing extraordinary service to our customers!

Requirements

Requirements

•     Facilities maintenance experience and knowledge, including plumbing and electrical
•     A “get-it-done” attitude and commitment to being a strong team member
•     Commitment to prioritizing safety!

Physical/Other Requirements

• Lifting of a minimum of 50 pounds
• Occasional need to safely operate company vehicle(s) and equipment
• Standing, lifting, twisting, bending, walking, and sitting. May involve some strenuous physical activity.
