Part time - File Clerk

Pay Scale: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.

File Clerk Responsibilities

• File A-Z order all customer deal jackets


• Breakdown all customer deal jackets into specified inventory jackets


• Scan all accounting checks


• Scan all accounting month end files


• Assist office staff with any other needed tasks

File Clerk Qualifications

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality


• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment


• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects


• Team player


• Excellent customer service skills


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
