Job Summary
Midway Nissan is currently seeking a part-time File Clerk to join our great team in Phoenix, Arizona. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to help maintain our filing system, organize records, and support administrative staff. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and values confidentiality.

Compensation & Schedule

This position pays an hourly rate of $16.00 per hour. It is a part-time position with schedule flexibility during our open office hours Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and file physical and digital documents

• Retrieve files and documents as requested by staff


• Maintain the organization of filing systems (alphabetical, numerical, or other formats)


• Scan, copy, and upload documents into databases


• Perform regular audits to ensure files are properly organized and up-to-date


• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Basic computer skills (MS Office, scanning software)


• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information


• Previous clerical or administrative experience is a plus but not required
