Location: Columbus, OH – Onsite
Pay: $23–$28/hour
Schedule: Weekends, 12 PM – 9 PM (plus occasional weekday after 6 PM)
Contract: 6 Months

We’re hiring Part-Time Fleet Service Technician – Autonomous Vehicles to support the production, maintenance, and repair of self-driving delivery robots. This role is hands-on and combines mechanical, electrical, and field work.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble harnesses, cables, and connectors
• Install and replace sensors (LiDAR, cameras, ultrasonic)
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on delivery robots
• Diagnose issues and run service campaigns
• Test mechanical and electrical components (suspensions, batteries)
• Provide onsite support and assist with inventory
• Contribute to R&D experiments and prototyping

Requirements

• Experience with mechanical/electrical tools and measuring equipment
• Ability to assemble/disassemble products and work with AC/DC currents
• Able to read and follow 2D mechanical drawings and manuals
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (past 12 months)
• Physically able to lift/move 50 lbs+
• Detail-oriented, problem solver, team player

Preferred

• Automotive plant, service, or dealership experience
• Strong computer literacy
• Soldering skills
