Part-time Floating Teacher

Join our passionate team at Growing Kids Learning Center! Located in Warsaw. We are seeking a Part-time Floating Teacher to join our vibrant team! We’re hiring full-time educators who are passionate, patient, and eager to shape young minds. If you enjoy creative, hands-on teaching and want to grow with us, we’ll help you earn your CDA and thrive in our supportive, family-like environment.

Benefits: $500 Sign-on Bonus, $2 per hour attendance earnings per pay period. We offer a fantastic childcare discount to all our staff. Responsibilities:

• Design daily activities tied to our curriculum


• Lead fun, educational experiences for kids


• Keep a safe, organized classroom


• Support kids’ growth and milestones


• Build relationships with parents

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)


• 1+ year childcare experience preferred


• Collaborative and proactive attitude


• Pass background check, drug screen, physical, TB test


• Lift 25 lbs, stand for extended periods

Schedule: Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekends
