Job Title: Part-Time Front Desk Agent
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position requires availability during holidays and weekends, with morning and evening shifts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role and will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Make reservations and manage booking inquiries
- Handle incoming calls and provide information as needed
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Stand for 8 to 10 hour shifts as required
Skills and Qualifications:
