Part-Time Front of House ($22-25/hr)

Pizza Delicious is looking for an enthusiastic pizza lover to work in our Front of House. The ideal candidate has front of house service experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurants w/ POS. 

This job will entail a lot of multi-tasking: you will be taking orders by phone and in person, running counter service with a register; expediting pick-up and to-go orders; effectively communicating with BOH; running food; bussing tables; heating slices of pizza; and maintaining a tidy and friendly dining environment for our guests. 

We are very busy, but it's a fun job and a great team. Quality customer service is extremely important to us! 

Availability on weekends required. 

You will be required to complete a ServSafe Alcohol training within 30 days of hire.

About the hours: This available position is for 2-3 regularly scheduled shifts per week (10-16 hours / week), and requires weekend availability. There will be ample opportunity for picking up shifts and for cross training in other arenas of the restaurant. Flexibility and being able to pick up shifts as needed is preferred.

About our payscale: This position starts at $13 / hr plus weekly tip pool split across the entire staff (average $9-13 / hr). We conduct employee reviews every six months; at most reviews you are eligible for a raise. 

About our benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance policies to employees who work 28+ per week. We pay 50% of the medical premium. Employees who work with us for over a year, and work at least 25 hrs per week are eligible for a 401k retirement account with matching contributions.
