Part-Time Front Office Concierge

Capizzi MD is a boutique cosmetic surgery and med spa practice known for refined results, concierge-level care, and an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors. We are seeking a part-time Front Office Concierge who is polished, personable, and thrives in a high-touch, detail-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, takes pride in presentation, and understands that first impressions set the tone for the entire patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a calm, welcoming, and elevated first impression


• Manage patient check-in and check-out with accuracy, discretion, and efficiency


• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and route inquiries appropriately


• Assist with patient flow throughout the day to ensure a seamless experience


• Collect payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate patient records


• Maintain the appearance of the front office, waiting area, and retail displays


• Support the clinical and administrative team as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly


• Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times

• Excellent attention to detail and organization


• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment


• Comfort working with EMR systems, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems


• Prior experience in a medical, dental, hospitality, or luxury service environment is a plus

• Part-time position


• Weekday availability required: MWF 8:45a-5:15p


• In-office role at our Charlotte location
