Key Responsibilities
 

• Design of collateral, outreach, digital marketing, social media graphics etc., while maintaining the brand's overall look.
• Collaborate with the team and department heads to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
• Create compelling and effective branded designs for print and digital media.
• Create compelling and effective promotional designs for print and digital media.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure successful print or placement.
• Establish templated designs for employees.
• Work within brand guidelines established by Crunch Corporate

What we look for in a qualified Graphic Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in Google collaboration tools such as Drive, Docs, Sheets.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Strong project management skills
• Portfolio of work 
• Videography skills preferred.
• Web Design skills preferred.
