Position: Part-Time Grounds Technician

Location: Four Bridges Apartments - Liberty Township, OH

Scheduled hours: 20 hours/week total - daytime hours, 3-5 days/week - flexible schedule

Competitive pay: $17-18 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Who You Are:

• You have experience in groundskeeping.
• You enjoy working primarily outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
• You have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• You like to work independently and as part of a team.
• You must be able to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
• You possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance.
• You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

What You Will Do as a Part-Time Grounds Technician:

• Maintain grounds, sidewalks, and roadways keeping them free of debris, snow, and ice.
• Plant, fertilize, and water trees, grass, flowers, and shrubs.
• Address resident inquiries and concerns about outdoor areas. 
• Report issues or damage to outdoor structures and landscaping features to management. 
• Complete light to moderate maintenance work orders and maintain the pool chemicals.
• Flexible schedule - daytime hours Monday through Friday
