Here at the Riverbend Motel and Cabins, we put our team members and guests first. We've been family owned and operated for over 20 years, and we pride ourselves in the quality of care we treat our entire team with. Things get really busy here in Helen, so we're looking for some dedicated new team members to add to our growing family.

Here's what we're looking for, right now:

What You'll Do:

Keep the entire property free of debris and trash. We have a beautiful property with lots of amenities and we want to make sure it's a clean place for guests and staff alike.

Maintain all amenities on the premises. Examples of this include cleaning our riverside grills, repainting dull areas, power washing decks, vacuuming corridor walkways, any plumbing, electrical issues, door locks, leaf blowing parking lots and public spaces, etc.

Routine and preventative maintenance is a key role in ensuring our guests the best experience. We need your help to follow simple maintenance schedules to maintain our facility. Examples of this include: cleaning air conditioning units, deep cleaning rooms, cleaning building exteriors, etc.

All-in-all, we're looking for new team members that are motivated and ready to work to ensure our property is in the best condition possible.

What You'll Need:

Weekday and weekend availability

Reliable transportation

Basic property maintenance experience (we can definitely help you with on-site training to maintain the Riverbend standards)

Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, use ladders, and lift over 60 pounds

Basic knowledge of power tools, gas-operated equipment, ladders, etc., and how to operate them safely and correctly

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

4 hour shift

Day shift

Morning shift

On call

Weekends as needed

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
