Part-Time Groundskeeper/Maintenance Helper

Job Summary:

Condominium Associates is seeking an energetic Groundskeeper/Maintenance Helper to ensure the security, functionality, and appearance of our managed properties. As a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Helper, you will play an essential role in maintaining our communities, assisting with maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities:

· Weeding and mulching landscape beds. 

· Maintaining gardens and planting beds, including planting, weeding, soil conditioning, and mulching. 

· Planting flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants. 

· Watering lawns, landscapes, and gardens. 

· Monitoring and maintaining plant health. 

· Keeping outdoor furniture clean and in good repair.   

· Raking and removing leaves, limbs, and other debris. 

· Sweeping walkways and removing debris. 

- Secure pool umbrellas and arrange deck furniture and wipe down tables.

- Assist Maintenance Supervisor for maintenance requests as needed.

- May train as gate staff for fill-in as needed.

Education & Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

- Standing and walking for approximately 85% of the time, with some periods of sitting.

- Ability to navigate community properties, including climbing stairs and inspecting elevated areas.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
