Part-Time Guest Services Specialist

Position Summary

The Guest Services Specialist serves as the first point of contact for guests at The Stanford Inn at Wilderness Road. This position oversees front desk operations, manages reservations for lodging and spa services, and provides knowledgeable support across all property offerings. This role helps ensure that every guest interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a front desk liaison and host, managing reservations, coordinating spa and property services, and warmly welcoming guests across multiple channels.
• Ensure all common areas are thoughtfully maintained, well-organized, and fully stocked to reflect our commitment to hospitality and excellence.
• Operate hospitality platforms and related software with accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete administrative tasks with timeliness and attention to detail, contributing to the smooth daily operations of the Inn.
• Address guest needs and resolve challenging situations with professionalism and empathy, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Accommodate both general and unique guest and group requests, adapting as needed to uphold our service standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of hospitality, front desk, or customer service experience required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and guest needs with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• Comfortable using reservation systems and related technology.
• Consistently projects a polished, positive, and service-oriented image.
